Founded April 2025 by Gireesh Rajendran, Ashish Lachhwani, Rakesh Kumar, and Krishna Sankar — veterans of Steradian Semiconductors (an imaging-radar startup acquired by Renesas in 2022). One of the few Indian-origin EDA companies, rather than the foreign-MNC design centres that dominate this category. Closed a $6M seed round (Endiya Partners, Exfinity Venture Partners, Japan’s UTEC) in July 2025.
What does this firm design?
Not a chip itself — a generative-AI assistant embedded in existing EDA workflows to accelerate early-stage analog IC design, automate design review, and help engineers navigate performance trade-offs. Analog design still resists automation more than digital design does, which is the gap this targets.
